H&I – Tim

SPECIAL EVENTS – Kristen / Kevin

Spaghetti dinner is set for the 30th of Jan at 5pm and speakers are at 7pm. We have tickets and flyers and urge members to bring back to their groups. Juliana and Alex are going to be the speakers. Potluck dinner is going to most likely be in February to entice people to come out to vote for the new positions. Alley is set and flexible for attendance and prices. It will be $15 per head and we should have more money left over. We have plaques and trophies all set to go. 1:30pm will be the meeting time and hoping to start bowling by 2pm. MSP.

WEB & TELEPHONE – Doug

Web is up to date and telephone has not had any missed calls. Some emails came through and were responded to. MSP.


WORKSHOP – Kevin

No workshops this past month. Nothing is planned at the moment and looking for suggestions. Still thinking about CA unity and our traditions but all ideas are being entertained. Also discussing a sponsorship workshop which sounds like it will be the plan. MSP.


LITERATURE - Pat

Started with $304 and sold $398 so we have $702. Nothing has been ordered in the past month. MSP.


DSR – James

November was rescheduled because the meeting room was taken over and they had to switch.  Will be attending area next week. MSP.


GSR REPORTS


SUNDAY KEYPORT – Kelly

Meeting is going fine. Huge meeting last week but people need to be told to cleanup. March 6th they are having a ten-year anniversary of the meeting. Donating $50 to district (H&I). MSP.


MONDAY SOUTH AMBOY – George

Meeting is going well but attendance has been up and down for the holiday’s. Looking for a new meeting space and thinking about the Good Shepherd Church in Old Bridge. MSP.


TUESDAY AVON – Tim

New Years party went well. We are trying to collect money to reimburse Tim for the money he laid out and got a good response. We will be putting out a basket to hopefully recover the rest. Group inventory has been pushed to March because not enough response. Donating $73 to district. MSP.


TUESDAY ROSELLE – Empty

WEDNESDAY MIDDLETOWN – Gregg

Meeting is going well have about 40-50 people. Just had elections for new positions. Rent is paid through March and donating $100 to district. Church still complaining about cigarette butts. MSP.


WEDNESDAY UNION – Matt

Meeting is going swimmingly. 10-30 people that usually attend. Almost at the end of the book which took about 2 years. Have a new leader of the meeting. A lot of new people have been attending. MSP.


THURSDAY KEYPORT – Liam

Meeting is going well. Holiday party went well. MSP.


FRIDAY FREEHOLD – Billy

Meeting going well and had elections for new positions. Rent is paid. Anniversary meeting will be the last Friday of this month and will be celebrating 16 years for the group. MSP.


SATURDAY TOMS RIVER –

NEW BUSINESS

We have elections next month that will start serving in March and we need to bring back to our groups that we are having district positions open. We are going to try to get together the potluck dinner with the elections to get people to come for elections.
