POSITIONS


H&I – Tim

Most of the commitments are going well. Need to find a chair for Discovery and Dom is taking Endeavor House IOP if we still have commitment. MSP


SPECIAL EVENTS – Kristen

Thoughts to have a separate a fellowship or group that helps with rides and such. Thinking about game night in Toms River. Camp sites were locked down. MSP


PUBLIC INFORMATION – Conner

Table – not present. MSP


WEB & TELEPHONE - Doug

Reached out to people on the phone list and all are still active. Website up for the most part but needs to go through in more detail. MSP


WORKSHOP – Kevin

Workshop set for May 2nd 9am – 12pm. Doors open at 8am for volunteers to help set up. Format is four speakers w/ discussion at the end. Topics will be about CA district, CA area, CA world and the last will tie it all together. MSP


LITERATURE - Pat

Placed order with world and AA world and will place another order. Ordered CA bumper stickers and there is an interest in CA pens. We have $225 and meditation books in stock. Books cost $10.25. MSP


DSR – Tom

Area meeting was discussing use of funds at meeting locations and may start requesting receipts for events held at the meeting level. MSP


GSR REPORTS


SUNDAY KEYPORT – Danielle

Meeting is growing to around 50 people. Haven’t had a business meeting but had elections and Danielle will remain the GSR. MSP


MONDAY SOUTH AMBOY – Ben

Last month’s celebrants were Al with 1 year and Brit with 3 years. Attendance is steady.MSP


TUESDAY BRADLEY BEACH – Tim

Attendance steady and growing. Still in discussion with pastor of church for a change of meeting time and place. Bathroom is still broken. MSP


TUESDAY ROSELLE – Andy

Going well. Great support and had elections. Needed a new chair because chair was unable to hold commitment. MSP


WEDNESDAY MIDDLETOWN – Greg

Two celebrants in March (Don with 90 days and Billy with 1 year). Andy is the new chair. BBQ on June 3 starting at 5:30. Rent paid through April. MSP


WEDNESDAY UNION – Matt

Carmine representing. Big book study has about 12 people each week. MSP


THURSDAY KEYPORT – Liam

Attendance is good and had celebration meeting last week. MSP.


FRIDAY FREEHOLD – James

James will be GSR for another year. Meeting is going well and just had elections. New commitments start Friday. Meeting a little disruptive with people coming in and out and have people not showing up for commitments. MSP.


SATURDAY TOMS RIVER – Luke

Meeting still active and second anniversary coming up. Attendance extremely poor as well as funds. Pastor is retiring and rent is reduced to $50 / month. MSP


NEW BUSINESS

Cost of books are $10.25 and price is being set at $11.00. MSP.

Motion to make donation to World of $500. Amendment made to donate $200. MSP
