Old Business:

Read old business. MSP

Attendance: Matt S, Adam, Matt C, Shawn, Jeff P, Henry, Kevin, David, George, Gregg, Joe, Jeff D, Patrick, Tim, Drew, Ryan, James, Erin, Ali

Treasury Report: MSP

District: $1434.97

Special Events: $843.00

H&I Report: MSP

James M – all commitments are being filled, really good chairs for each commitment. Everything is going very smoothly. Newest commitment at Endevor house IOP is going very well. Anyone looking to get involved see James.

Special Events Report: MSP

Sean – nothing going on currently. In January we will have CA dinner but not sure when it will happen yet.

Literature Report: MSP

Dave – current literature stock – purchase cost: $2268.75 total value: $3042.45. Big Books came so we have atleast 100 Big Books. Monthly sales for October were $167.50. No meeting lists right now but will have them next month.

Public Information Report: MSP

Greg- looking for feedback from anyone who was able to get packets to local police stations.

Web/Telephone Report: MSP

Drew/Tim – site is up to date. Phones are blowing up since we’ve been listed on World website. Tim got 15 calls in one week! Going to look into getting all the people on the hot lines phones to ring at one time, instead of one right after another. Going to look into doing some type of training for the phones.

DSR Report: MSP

Adam – Last Area was October 9th. Treasury report was on point. November 17th is the 30th anniversary of CA, tickets are available see George for tickets. Looking for people to do H&I commitments. Looking for alternate world service delegate time requirement is 5 years & commitment is 4 years. New public information chair was voted in.

Workshop Committee Report: MSP

Dennis- looking into having a workshop in January.

GSR Reports: MSP

-Monday South Amboy: Jeff- attendance very good. Average is about 25 people. A lot of new faces.

-Tuesday Bradley Beach: Matt- NOT PRESENT – working on topic suggestions for upcoming workshop in March will be working with Dennis on that.

-Tuesday Roselle: Jeff- attendance is good.

-Wednesday Middletown: Matt- meeting is doing great. Rent is paid, donated money.

-Wednesday Union: Ryan- running pretty steady. Same format 10 to 12 people.

-Thursday Keyport: Patrick- donated $188 to H&I, donated $50 to CA world 30 in 30. Attendance is good.

-Friday Freehold: Cary- NOT PRESENT – Kevin reading report, made donations to world & district. Had elections & all positions are filled.

-Saturday Jackson: Ian- NOT PRESENT

-Saturday Toms River: Emily- NOT PRESENT – no longer a GSR or a member of group. Heard they are currently considering ending the meeting & changing it to an AA meeting, trying to find out info about whats going on.

-Sunday Keyport: Kevin- great attendance. All new people in commitments, great speakers.

New Business

- Gregg brought up - District Elections are coming up in February discussed what everyone wants to do with nominations.

- Tim making a motion for Rob H. for $250 for Dodge Ball tournament at Bradley Beach Church on a tentative December 7. MSP

- Sean motion $350 for CA dinner in January. MSP

- Adam motion $300 to World. MSP
